Mt Maunganui Classes

FREE FIRST CLASS  - Wednesday 9.30am | Friday 9am

These classes are designed to cater for clients who are wanting a challenging yet supportive workout.  They will learn the key Principals to the Pilates method, with 1:1 attention to form and technique. They will be challenged each week with varied workouts that utilise small Pilates props such as the oov, stability balls, foam rollers, magic circles and therabands.

Wednesday 9.30am and Friday 9.00am classes are held at The Senior Citizens Hall, corner of Grove Ave and Maunganui Road.

  • Wednesday 930am - MAT OPEN class - We have baby sitters on site to care for children while the parent works out, leaving no excuses for making time for your own workout!   These classes are designed to cater for all skill levels – exercises are modified depending what level each client is at. Class is held at the Senior Citizens Hall - Corner of Grove Ave and Maunganui Rd, Mt Maunganui, 3116
  • BMP WEB-6Friday 9am - Open Mat Pilates class - this class is designed to cater for clients who have mastered the basic Pilates principles, and who are after a more challenging mat workout.  Classes utilise small Pilates equipment such as stability balls, foam rollers, magic circles, therabands.  Class is held at the Senior Citizens Hall - Corner of Grove Ave and Maunganui Rd, Mt Maunganui, 3116
