Wednesday 930am & Friday 9am - MAT OPEN class - These classes are designed to challenge and invigorate the body and mind through carefully selected exercises, utilising small Pilates props such as the foam roller, magic circle, stability ball and therabands.  The structure of the class is aimed at increasing core strength and stability, increasing mobility and flexibility, while maintaining a strong focus on breath and good form.  Exercises are modified depending what level each client is at.  Classes utilise small Pilates equipment such as stability balls, foam rollers, magic circles, swiss balls and therabands. Class is held at the Senior Citizens Hall - Corner of Grove Ave and Maunganui Rd, Mt Maunganui, 3116

Studio Reformer 1:1 sessions - This premium service will fine tune your Pilates technique on the finest Reformer machines from Balanced Body. We will design a programme tailored to your individual goals with exclusive attention from your instructor. Discover the vast benefits this resistance training can do to increase long lean muscle tone, and increase strength and flexibility.  Based on your preference the session can incorporate Reformer, Stability chair, Mat Pilates and oov. Perfect for clients wanting targeted fast results, rehabbing injuries, or Pilates first timers.  2:1 sessions can also be arranged, and is a great way to workout with a friend.
